I had the extreme pleasure of working with Bobby and team on two activities; first they helped me rent my apartment and helped calm a situation that could have been difficult with the renter and then they helped me sell the unit, handling everything from coming up with fantastic selling points, videos, pictures and listing it in multiple venues. He even found a law office to help me with the transfer as I was held up in the USA and could not get back in time to do the paperwork. I would definitely recommend Gecko Properties and will use their services in the future! Bobby is a great guy personally and really makes it personal.

After checking some condos I had initially asked to view, she took me to see a place that was totally off my radar and it was great, but I wasn't sure about the location. Voon then used that information to get me into a very similar condo in a location that worked for me. I am very happy with my new home and fully recommend them.
