Finally I have free time to write a review about my experience of renting a house with Gecko Properties real estate company. My experience with this company can be described as positive. Mariam, who was our agent from agency at the time, helped us with all our questions and problems, was very sweet and kind to us, as well as highly professional. You might have heard about problems of getting the deposit back in Thailand from house owners, they often are reluctant to pay even part of deposit back. That is especially why renting through Gecko Properties is a better choice. Mariam helped us to receive most part of our deposit from owner, mitigating between both parties. I still think the deducted amount by the owner was a bit high, assuming the property was returned in the same condition as when we moved in, but without agent in between the situation might be worse, so I thank them for that. Highly recommend the agency to everyone who needs to rent or buy property in Pattaya!
