The Riviera Group, Pattaya’s top award-winning developer, has launched The Riviera Malibu Residences, which is their 6th project to date under the “Riviera” brand name, and perhaps more importantly the best equipped (in terms of top-tier communal facilities) to date. Construction is expected to start in Qtr 4, 2023 and the project is scheduled to be completed within 36 Months (i.e. by the end of ) Qtr 4, 2026.
